I am a pakistani passport holder. I am travelling from UK to Saudi via Aegean airlines, having 50 mins stay/lay over at the Athens airport. It’s a direct flight means onward flight is in the same ticket.

Do i need a transit visa please someone can guide me? Thanks

Yes, you do (unless you fall under the list of exceptions - a UK visa isn't one of them). See the EU's list of countries whose nationals must have an airport transit visa and their page on who must apply for a Schengen visa.
