I am in Italy for a short-term master programme. I am Albanian and we have the three-month Schengen visa available. However, my programme is 3 months and a half. I got my student visa (not Schengen) but the issue is that the embassy put 28/06, exactly the last day of school when I still have mandatory attendance. I wanted to return on 30/06.
Will there be any issues at the border? Can I get a fine for overstaying for two days or will my Schengen days start normally after the end of my visa?

Albanian citizens do not require a Schengen visa.

The 90 Schengen days count will start on the day after the national visa ends. The Schengen Border Code, however, does not (yet) explicitly state this.
