We are planning a trip to Marseille and want to experience the Calanques. Normally, we'd do a longer/more rugged hike with the goal of getting down to an isolated spot on the coast. Unfortunately, one of us is recovering from a leg injury, so we're looking for a relatively short (3-5km), flat, and smooth-surfaced hike that still allows us to appreciate the beauty of the Calanques. Ideally, this would be accessible by bus from Marseille. What trails might be suitable?

I only encountered this now, but if it ever the question pops up again and someone has a similar query.

Calanque de Sugiton is in my opinion the most accessible. The first part of the hike is flat while the second part is downhill/uphill.The path is paved however.

Otherwise if you truly can't walk at any incline at all, I still go to where the Calanque de Sugiton hike starts but then walk right. There is a flat road which takes you to a nice viewpoint over Calanque de Morgiou which is relatively flat.

Here is a blogpost which explains how to do this including how to get there.
