I am planning to fly to Barbados for holiday using British Airways. My flight has transit in Heathrow. I am a Vietnamese citizen living and working in Germany. I have a valid German residence permit. I read on the UK gov website that I can transit with a "common format residence permit" from the EEA. I am just curious if my residence permit is valid for this as I am not sure what "common format" is in this case. Has any had this experience and could shed a light on me? Thank you :)
