I am lebanese and hold a long stay permit in France. I am married to a EU citizen. Is it true that I can travel to the UK without a visa (tourism) if my husband is with me? Or do i need a visa even if he is traveling with me? It is for a few days stay Thank you!

No. You will need a visa for the UK whether you’re travelling with your husband or alone.
Non-EEA family members of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen need a valid national passport, and one of the following to enter the UK:
- an EU Settlement Scheme family permit
- an EU Settlement Scheme pre-settled or settled status
You cannot use an Article 10 or Article 20 residence card issued by an EEA member state.
