i was given a trial invite by a football club in the UK but the invitation letter doesn’t have a specific date of arrival and departure. Can I still process my visa anytime I want or can you explain more better to me about this

…can I still process my visa anytime I want? Yes.
UKVI allows applications up to three months before your expected date of travel. They do not require you to provide evidence of flight and accommodation bookings when you apply; doing so will not improve the likelihood of getting a visa.
You should do a lot more research on this before you apply. As @jcaron says in a comment,
First, make sure this is legitimate. There are lots of people out there that will try to take advantage of you. If they ask for any money upfront, this is highly likely to be suspicious.
Second, read this question, which explains in detail the most common refusal reasons.
Third, if your personal profile is young, unmarried, no/little travel history, few ties to home, and if you are a citizen of a high immigration risk country, your chances of success are vanishingly slim unless eg the club inviting you is very well-known and prepared to sponsor your trip. Which, TBH, seems unlikely.
