Where is this scene of buildings and trees near a river and bridge?

I have a watercolor sketch/ painting my dad made and would like to know the location in the drawing. Can someone tell me the location?

That’s pretty clearly Paris, somewhere on either of the two main islands (Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis).

I believe the view is from the Pont Saint-Louis (between the two islands), with the the Île Saint-Louis on the left, and the Pont de la Tournelle and the left bank in the background. Something close to this:

Some of the trees were removed since then. If you look at older Street View images from Quai d'Orléans around 2008 there were many more trees. They have replanted a few since then but they're of course quite small in comparison.

You don't see it on this picture because of construction works, but there are stairs on the right side of the bridge like on the painting.

The building with the scaffolding at the far right hosts the "La Tour d'Argent" restaurant.
