I applied for an ESTA yesterday. I filled in everything correctly, did the payment with Paypal. But after the payment the status was still UNPAID. I already contacted ATOS to check the payment and they said that everything was ok on their side but the ESTA services still have to accept the payment. It has now been 24h and still no chance. I even paid again, but nothing changed… Did someone experience the same? Thanks!
