In November 2024, I booked flights through Mytrip. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled. While the airline has already refunded Mytrip, I still haven't received any of my money back.

I have spoken to several representatives from Mytrip, all giving the same responses: "our dedicated team are working on your case and your case is on a queue, so please be patient"enter image description here It’s frustrating as the communication is so bad and you have to keep sending new ones to continue the conversation.

According to their website, my refund, already paid by the airline on 3oth January, has not been processed into my account. Its mentioned in their webisite that refund will process in next 7 days but these days how they are counting not understandable to me.

In total, it has been more than 3 months since the flight was cancelled, and I still haven't received any refunds. It feels like Mytrip is intentionally delaying so I will give up.

I am disgusted by how I have been treated. No one should have their hard-earned money stolen. If this matter isn't resolved immediately, my next step will be to contact the small claims court to file a legal complaint. How can I get my refund?

If you paid by credit card your best bet is to ask your credit card provider to do a chargeback. That is, to revert your payment to Mytrip. I'm this case "service not provided" sems to be a valid reason to cancel the payment. When filling such a complaint your credit card provider will ask evidence of the problem and evidence that you tried to solve directly with the merchant. You have both already.
Keep in mind there's a timeframe to file such a complaint, sometimes 90 or 120 days from the date of payment. I hope you are still within this timeframe.
