A few months ago I received a fine since I didn't validate my bus ticket.
I've read they have 360 days to send the notification of the fine to my address abroad, which they will have to find out as I didn't provide any address, even though they took my other personal details (name, ID number, etc). Has anyone actually received a notification from TPER abroad?
My main question is, has anyone received a bus fine abroad? Do they bother finding out your information and then paying for the "raccomandata"?
