I and my husband live in Ostfildern, Stuttgart. We are inviting our parents from India second time on Short Term Visa to visit family.
Last time we sponsored their entire trip as per all requirements for Verpflichtungserklärung.
Now we are self employed, we are new in business. So we don't have documents as till now to prove that we can get Verpflichtungserklärung. Instead my parents will show their financial status. Which is strong enough to sponsor their trip like they have Land and some properties. We will send them Invitation letter + proof of accomodation.
In their Visit Visa Check list they have mentioned No 9, point 2 "If the applicant intend to stay with family, proof of sponsership and/or private accomodation from the host, confirmation of the third person with signature, proof of address and copy of passport or German ID"
My question is what document I need to show to prove that they will stay at our home (it's a rented apartment). I have Home Agreement and home map, we are only two in this home. The apartment is big enough for my parents as they had also stayed here last time.
So, do I need some document from our landlord to prove this point. If yes what exactly? Last time we didn't need to prove for accommodation because everything was already mentioned in Verpflichtungserklärung. So what exactly I need this time.
