I am a Russian student in Ireland (IRP in order), willing to visit my sister who lives in Cyprus. Is it possible for me to transit through UK without transit visa if I do not change the airport, do not leave the building of the airport and enter and leave country by air?
Such route just seems to be financially most appealing, but document-wise looks complicated.
