When i apply for an appeal for Norway, do i need to wait for them to send a Notification or Email Response from them, or do i go ahead and schedule an appointment with VFS to drop my passport? Please I would like to know.

Edits

So i applied for a visit visa for Iceland routed thru norway (Schengen visa type C) and it took 12 days, i received my passport in hand today, and after going thru the Letter, i saw it was refused on grounds of the following Reasons

Status : Refused

For the following Reasons :

1.) Number 10: The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable

2.) Number 13: There are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the visa.

Solution

So basically i put together a new Letter, explaining the proper itinerary, and stating it was strictly tourism, unlike before i put in cover letter i was going first for tourism, then later to meet with investors for my startups etc. (I did not have the itinerary for day to day activity etc ) i had to properly fix this and shortened the time frame (instead of 60 days, i shortened to 14 days)

What do you think?

Do you think this can have an effect, and they overturn the decision? Secondly, after the uploading of the documentation and co, Do i need to book an appointment and submit my passport immediately, or wait for the Letter from UDI before i go ahead and submit with the passport?

This is the scenario, just wanting to know if i am on track.

First things first.

There is utterly no point in an appeal. An appeal is for when the official has made a clear mistake in the process or the decision. There is no mistake. You may dislike the decision but that doesn't mean they made a mistake. If you want to try to get avisa you need to submit a new application.

Whether another application will succeed is beyond our ability to tell. Particularly it is unclear whether you are really going to meet with investors (and lying about the purpose) or if the investors were a fiction you invented to try to get a visa. Neither looks good for you. It will be hard to convince officials that you are not in fact going to meet with investors.

If you are really just wanting to do tourism I would strongly suggest visiting a non-Schengen country at this time.
