What examples of countries that forbid their citizens from going to areas under their control / through borders, but allow non-citizens to do so?

As per Israeli law, an Israeli cannot cross Allenby bridge to Jordan

Israeli citizens may not cross via the terminal

Also, areas under Palestinian governance (but full control by the Israeli military) are forbidden to Israeli citizens.

What are some other countries that have similar restrictions? To clarify,

• Not areas that are forbidden for anyone, such as military sites.
• Not temporary situations, such as Ukraine forbidding military aged men from leaving.
• Not areas that the country can't immediately enforce, such as the US forbidding their citizens from visiting Cuba. Since the US doesn't control the Cuban border.
• Not areas that are restricted for a class of citizens, such as Saudi Arabia only allowing Muslims into Mecca.
