I began my career as a UI/UX developer, but in 2018, I discovered ServiceNow and was so captivated by its potential that I decided to shift my focus entirely to this platform.

Currently, I reside in Monterrey, Mexico, and work as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator for Yazaki Company.
