I am a Slovak national, and am planning to start my "nomad lifestyle" adventure soon, and am now stuck with what travel insurance should I choose. Most of my life I did not have to deal with this as when I went abroad, I only got travel insurance for the country I was traveling to, but now I am planning to go to multiple countries over period exceeding 3 months (which is the limit for long-term travel insurances like the one with AXA) Is there such an insurance that would work longer than 3 months without need of returning back to the home country?
