A week ago I booked two roundtrip flights through an online travel agency (eDreams), both roundtrips are operated by WizzAir. I've always avoided OTAs, but in this case the tickets were significantly cheaper, so I booked through them. I quickly received emails from the OTA saying the bookings were confirmed, and shortly afterwards I received two invoices (one for each roundtrip) from the airline, including their corresponding confirmation codes.

At the time I didn't see it, but today I noticed that the contact addresses listed in the airline's invoices are completely wrong: they are in different countries to mine (the addresses are correct in the OTA's invoices, so I'm certain this wasn't a mistake on my part). Interestingly, my name is spelled correctly in both bookings. I got in touch with the OTA, and I was told (unsurprisingly) that it was the airline's fault.

I haven't contacted the airline yet, but I'm wondering whether it's worth the hassle given that my name is correct. My main worry is that since one of the flights is from an EU to a non-EU country (I'm an EU citizen) I could get asked for the invoice at the border.

This is unlikely to be an issue. The OTA is most likely taking advantage of some geo-arbitrage by buying where the price is lowest. Generally, you are free to buy a ticket from any country, even if some airline websites try to block users with various checks.

As long as a valid ticket with the correct name was generated for you, it is expected to be accepted for travel. I am aware that in some countries, invoices are asked for, even though it never happened to me in 65 countries, that is to check that the person travel is the one who paid, not where the ticket was bought from. Even that can be argued calmly as people can buy tickets for group travel, as part of a package, gifts, etc. AFAIK, this type of check if usually airline policy rather than a legal requirement.
