I am from Algeria and was married to a woman from Latvia in August 2013 in Algeria. The marriage was registred in April 2014 in a Latvian town hall. We had a daughter in May 2014.
I tried to obtain a short family visa to Latvia 3 times with an invitation in the Hungarian embssay in Algeria (there's no Latvian embassy and the Hungarian embassy represents Latvia). The consul of Hungary refused to give me the visa in the 3 times.
How can I solve my problem and visit my family in Latvia. My dauther is 1.5 years old now.
