European Travel Information and Authorisation System, a planned electronic authorisation system for visa-exempt visitors travelling to the Schengen Area as well as Cyprus. When implemented, visitors from over 60 visa-exempt countries will be required to have ETIAS before their trip, to enter any of 30 European countries for a short stay.
