In-flight services refers to services and amenities an airline provides to its customers aboard its aircraft. Questions with this tag include those concerning amenities and equipment such as

  • meals and refreshments, including special meals for those with dietary restrictions; do not use which is intended for local food
  • in-flight entertainment (IFE) such as the in-flight magazine, audio, video, games, and moving maps; do not use ) which is intended for local performances and venues
  • equipment and services such as headphones, audio/video on-demand (AVOD), Internet access, telephony, and electrical power
  • baby bassinets
  • pillows, blankets, and other comfort linens
  • amenity kits, pajamas, slippers, earplugs, and other complimentary gifts
  • duty-free shopping and buy-on-board items such as food or souvenirs

Use for questions about the physical seat, the configuration of the cabin, or the boarding process. Use and for questions about special services for travelers with health problems and for unaccompanied minors, respectively.
